Starting the Day Right

I know it's been almost 3 weeks since I last had an entry. Sorry about that. Just had some family emergency but everything's okay now.

I am still very determined, more than ever, to lose weight. To support this goal I try my best to lessen my calorie intake. I start by having a healthy breakfast everyday.

My favorite lately is oatmeal. I eat it with fruits, nuts and raisins. That makes my oatmeal less boring, if you know what I mean.
